Hi Chrissy, I wanted to let you know that I shipped the Joules girls boots you purchased from me yesterday, and though the mail carrier did take them, they were never scanned into the system. I’ve submitted a query with Poshmark and I’ll try to sort out what happened today! I’m still hoping they are on their way but I’ll be in touch when I find out. Thank you so much for your patience!

Hello again. My post office appears to have made an error in that they never scanned this item. They told me the package will either eventually be scanned in; returned to my return address; or make its way to you! I apologize for this inconvenience. Please let me know if the shoes arrive! I shipped them on Tuesday, and finally got confirmation today that they are on their way to you! Tracking says they are currently at the shipping facility in Greenville, SC, so hopefully you’ll have them in the next couple days. Thank you so much for your patience!

@midwestminimal I saw they finally scanned! I think it might have been a Poshmark issue too because once I posted that shipping was delayed it marked them shipped with tracking!
