xray2018 Hey hun I just got the chance to try on a pair of shoes I boight from you and I just was now able to write due to a family wmemegency. The whole bottom of the show came off as I walked up my stairs:( I did take a pic of the shoe. Is there any way I could get a refund?

chrissynoel1 @xray2018 I am so sorry. They’ve never been worn so I’m not sure why that happened. Please open a claim through Poshmark and they will refund your money and deduct it from my account. You will be able to upload your photo of the shoe there as well. I hope everything is ok with your family. Thank you, Chrissy
