chrissy5188 @eliciabolding04 I got an email saying they sent a reminder email to you, and if I wanted to cancel I could after 8/11 for a refund and I didn’t cancel. do I need to message them? It’s not coming up as cancelled on my end at all and just says awaiting shipment. I did not cancel. What do we need to do to straighten this out ASAP?

ihearthotyoga @chrissy5188 you can tell bye the tag and this persons entire ugg closet is counterfeit. The interior tag is the only way to prove authenticity. This exterior tag is obvious . Just google how to tell authentic..
