cassv0709 @shayleekate01 I apologize, I do not want it to seem like I am low-balling you, but these are what my bridesmaids are wearing and I have purchased the exact same skirt in the same color for 12.99 at Ross. However, I have been unable to find a size small . So I do not want to pay more than that for a used For a used skirt with a hole in it already.
