callie2 I don’t look my age, most people take me for 10 - 15 years younger. I taught Land & Aquatic Aerobics for 30 years and looked terrific at 61. Then had my last back surgery and gained 60 lbs and never taught again. Man do I miss that gratification of people telling me they went down a size, they stopped taking medications and they’re Doctor asking what they were doing to get these results
