Hello Christen! Thank you for purchasing my Prada keychain. When I unpacked her, I noticed that there is a piece missing. ( the AV connector at the bottom of one of her "legs" ) I have contacted Prada to see if I can get a replacement piece but wanted you to decide if you would like me to hold it for you OR hold off on your purchase. Let me know. It really is a fantastic piece and comes in the original packaging, dust bag, and all!
