limerentfox @susanmix welcome to Poshmark :) Sorry you haven't heard anything yet! I sent out the package yesterday. As soon as USPS scans the package you'll receive the tracking information. If you haven't heard anything later today, I'll reach out and make sure the package is on the way.

susanmix So I still never got an email about shipping. Is that normal? One thing I can't figure out is how to find out a seller's rating? It's so different on EBay. Thanks for your help!

limerentfox @susanmix I just got home. I'll look into it and let you know what I find. This is only my second sale through Poshmark. I don't believe sellers have ratings. However, it is strange that you wouldn't have received anything when I had explicitly dropped off the packages to be mailed yesterday.

limerentfox @susanmix I looked into it and the package was picked up by USPS. They say allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be sent out. I apologize, I did not realize it would not update immediately.

limerentfox @susanmix I am very sorry for this terrible first experience with poshmark. I kept trying to get in touch with their customer support because I called and confirmed USPS had picked up your package. I do not know why they never scanned it. I understand why you canceled the order. If the pouch does arrive, please keep it as my gift to you for all the hassle.

susanmix It never came. It has been two weeks. On EBay sellers insure items and provide the buyers with tracking numbers. This was my one and only experience with Poshmark and I regret it.

limerentfox @susanmix I'm sorry this has not been a better experience. At this point since USPS has taken the package there is nothing I can do. Like I said before, if it does turn up keep it as a gift. You've already cancelled the order. I have called USPS but they cannot tell me why the item isn't being tracked or hasn't arrived yet. I am sorry for this hassle.
