shakera78 I bought your "Return to TIFFANY'S oval tag necklace " ...you stated that it was authentic and come to find out it's not. The chain has turned and not silver like it was. If your not sure that your product is 100% don't claim that it is. Unhappy customer

cklegalblond @shakera78 I purchased the necklace at a Tiffany and Co. store, in 2001. The necklace is nearly 17 years old so it’s not at its perfect condition after years of wear. Similar new pieces cost about 4x what you paid for my used piece so I believe the condition of the choker is commensurate with the price you paid. If you take it to a Tiffany retailer they can offer a professional cleaning. I have done the same and found that the piece isn’t fine jewelry and will show some aging.

cklegalblond @shakera78 also- one more tip if you don’t have a T & Co. nearby- I keep silver polishing cloths on hand (bought from Amazon or Walmart for under $10) and polish my Tiffany pieces often. You will see a lot of black tarnish come off on the cloth- this is common with all sterling silver. As the items come into contact with skin oils and lotions the buildup causes that tarnish. The cleaning that the store provides is much better but the cloth helps a lot. I hope that helps.
