christiki @jjarvis123 I think you can contact Poshmark and they will send me a label to send to other buyer and other buyer to send item to me...google it and there should be a reddit thread to answer how this is done...it has happened many times before I imagine!

christiki @jjarvis123 did you see my earlier message? Please let me know if you are handling with Poshmark or I will report the issue and see if their support team can help from that angle. I need to do something or it will just pull from my account automatically. Which I don’t want considering I don’t have the item;)

christiki @damaffei so sorry for this hassle. We need to separate into two separate bundles. I can do the first from my end, I think. I will apply 20% discount to the offer and after you accept that, I can bundle the other two cites and send you a 20% off offer on those. Posh is punitive with overweight shipments unfortunately! I will package and send first bundle now...

512maryn Hi, I purchased the vases and a set of the turquoise balls. Is it possible to purchase the other set of the balls instead of the ones I did? (I prefer the one with more of the smaller balls and 2 of the bigger). If you have already prepped for mailing, I understand. Thank you.

512maryn Hi Christiki, I am sorry to say, but the green apple vase was broken in transit. I can send a picture of it if you would like. I am bummed, it looks better than what I thought it would. I love the other vase and the turquoise balls though. How should we handle the broken vase?

christiki @512maryn oh no. I am so sorry! I pack items very carefully with lots of bubble wrap and air pillows. I will do some digging on posh site, but don’t think partial refunds are possible and only option may be to return everything. I had a similar thing happen to me and I wanted the other bundle items but posh was making return the whole bundle. I did not and worked something else out. Let me know if you find or know of other options. I have a second of the teal vase but not the green one:(

512maryn Hi, I'll go with whatever you want. But, to me it seems kind of silly to ship back because the cost of the shipping could be the same amount I paid for the vase. What if I order something else from you, and you deduct the amount of the vase? I am going to try to cut and paste a picture of the broken vase here: (I don't think that worked). I am not sure how to send a picture of the broken vase, other than your email. Let me know if you want the pic, and how you want me to send it. Thx!

christiki @512maryn agree and that is exactly what worked out with posher when that happened to me, we agreed I got “credit” for the missing item and I deducted that from an offer I made on another item in her closet. Happy to discuss that. I have another blue vase like the one you bought I did not yet list, but not another green:( I have to still repost other felt balls also, showing as not for sale still.

With the bundle discount on the items, they were all $12 so feel free to take that amount off any offers in my closet and I will be sure to accept. Just message me with any questions. 512maryn Hi Christie, I offered $12 for the vase you have from Crate & Barrel, but I realized that I should have offered $1.00 because now the system thinks I owe $12, when I don't. I bid it for $12 because I will have to pay for shipping again, and I really don't like this vase as much as the vase that broke, but I am afraid that if I do not use my credit soon, you or I (or both) will forget about our deal.

I can list that if you jane a spot for another? I would list at )15 and you would offer $3...if you want the other vase, yes, just offer $1. I have other vases, but I will sell those locally as they exceed the Poshmark shipping label weight limit. I won’t forget about you, don’t worry, we have these comments to remind us;)
