Is finding a duplicate of your favorite, perfectly fitting, tee shirt just as exciting as finding a trendy designer bag or a gorgeous vintage dress? If you said yes, you're definitely a kindred Chic Geek! I curated my closet to reflect my style of quality basics combined with unique pieces. In other words, I bring life to the wardrobe staples I love by adding bits of my personality & style. We all have those basic pieces in our closet that we feel like we live (or hide) in, right? Basics that fit correctly, are comfortable, & most importantly, are versatile are game changing, though. Clothing you can layer, wear casually or dress up, & interchange with the rest of your wardrobe is key. When you find jeans, pencil skirts, cardigans, tee shirts, etc that work for you, you're no longer just "living" in them. Then, by adding just a little bit of your own personality, you'll be alive in them. Try a vintage hat, a homemade skirt, a retro dress, etc. Experimenting is half the fun! The goal of my closet is to provide inspiration. It has a mixture of staples & gems to suit everyone's taste & personality. From brand names, to vintage dresses, there is something for everyone.
