x0jenna @sincerelychris I'm sorry they were hard to pull up on your heel, I didn't mention it because I have an abnormally high instep which isn't common for a size 7 foot. They've never been worn so I don't know how the item cleanliness could have been improved.

x0jenna The ship time couldn't have been any better because you ordered them the 4th and they were packaged and shipped same day and delivered within 2 days. A 3 rating is kinda harsh in my opinion. But again, I apologize that they were hard to get on. 😊😘

Some people on here will say anything so I was quick to defense mode because it's happened before!
