carmelsunset Unfortunately the strap broke off! and Ive released the money to you. Ive been in contact with posh but because I released the $ I don't think they will do anything. I literally used the purse once and I love it so much but I can't use it at all with a broken strap. What can we do? This is the first time I've ever ordered from posh and my first Louis Vuitton! I'm so sad. Will you please consider returning it and I would love to buy something else or maybe you can fix the strap?Thank you!
