marla623 thanks for your recent purchase. You left a rating/comment the item had a stain & cleanliness issue.The top was certainly clean even if I missed it, but difficult to imagine considering how many times I photographed under bright photolights & carefully examine items. I disclose flaws in the description.For a spot,I spend a lot of time treating& cleaning. I've rarely sold items with unremovable marks or stains. I have sold things with faint fade marks but disclosed it & provided photos.

marla623 I'm not sure why no report of the issue before leaving the rating if dissatisfied. I work hard to maintain good customer service.As a very small seller it can be harmful to my business to do otherwise or claims that reflect poorly on me,such as that I knowingly sell unclean items,something I've never been accused of in 20 yrs of reselling. Can you please describe the stain or provide a photo? thank you

marla623 @huebnerc , it wasnt about telling the truth it was about not alerting me to something I may have missed and the impression to others my clothes I sell are unclean. The top was not unclean, as in unwashed, if it did have a spot.

osakagirl @huebnerc Hi Christiane, I see your closet is on vacation so I’m not sure you’ll be checking the app but I wanted to let you know here (before you see the notification) that I have to cancel the sale, for now. I have torn apart my condo and can’t find the tee. I know it’s here, but I think it’s in an H&M bag tucked away. As soon as it turns up I’ll tag you and relist it! Sorry.
