braziwaiian Please let me know how your purchase could have been improved. Was the card or the gift in poor taste? The pants were dry cleaned and the shoes were a re-posh, so I may be unaware of how I may not have met your expectations. I'd hate to disappoint anyone at this magnitude again, if you could offer constructive criticism. 🤔 Thank you for your time!

mrsctravis @braziwaiian I tried sending you a message. I could tell the shoes were the odd duck. The sole is coming off the front of the shoes. Gift & card were super cute. Pants are perfect. Looks like I will be donating the shoes. The shirt/dress was a nice gesture but far too small. Thank you for reaching out♥️

braziwaiian @mrsctravis I do apologize for sizing issues as well as the shoes! I bought them for a wedding I want able to attend and gave them little thought otherwise. Thank you for responding! I truly appreciate the chance to avoid issues in the future. I will definitely make sure to double check from now on! Honestly, based on your photos, though you are a tall glass water like myself, you seem much more petite than I am!
