@onceuponaswift1 oh no! No, no no. I've never actually bought anything on here, so I don't know how to go about things. But when I got my package today, I got the bag and the keychain, but the laces were missing. However, there was a hole in the box, probably made during shipment, that they may have fallen out of. So I opened a case... but then I got an email saying that the cases were to return things... which I don't actually want to do. Everything else is great!

@onceuponaswift1 if laces were maybe accidentally left out, I will gladly send you some extra money to send them. If they were simply lost in transit, then there's not a lot to be done, and I have found a replacement sent on eBay just in case. I have also sent an email requesting that the case be cancelled, because I really do like the bag and the keychain, and would prefer not to return them, nor do I want you to miss out on your payment.
