melissah610 Update: I scheduled pickup with USPS, and have confirmation that it was to be picked up today. Instead of picking up the box, they left their package pick up info sheet in my mail box. It literally says on the top "Do not leave with customer". I have filed a complaint with the postal service, but at this point I don't know if anything can be done to get your package out before Tuesday due to the holiday Monday. I apologize for the delay and will keep you updated if I hear anything back.
