amynigro @cdouglass918 hi! Thanks so much! If you need to write a note to posh explaining you can say buyer wanted to cancel. Don’t take the blame. I really appreciate your understanding. It was a crazy situation. The quilt got really damaged and I couldn’t use the set. So sorry! I will share your shams once they are relisted. You’re a doll!

amynigro Go under “my sales” click on the sale of the shams. At the bottom it will say “problems/order inquiry” click on that. Then you will see “cancel sale” click on that. It will ask for a reason. Give the most appropriate reason option. If it asks for notes then explain that buyer asked to cancel bc of problems on buyer’s end. Lmk if that works. I’m sorry again.

amynigro @cdouglass918 I see that the shams have not been cancelled yet. Are you still having trouble doing it? Please lmk. My hubby is really mad that I spent all this money on a damaged quilt plus I ordered your shams, standard shams, sheets and a blanket. I have had to go through and cancel every single item and no credits have gone through yet of course. So he is angry and I just want to be able to tell him it is all taken care of and we will get all the money back. I’m sorry again!
