Hi, I went to ship your bag today, and I realized the plain black strap was the wrong strap, I thought I had three straps but only have the two, the plain black plastic strap never came with this bag. So I still hVe the small gold untwined shoulder strap and the long mesh crossbody, do you still want it?

@sandytews no I totally understand. You have the chain and the thick fabric cross body. I prefer to use the thinner, shorter over the shoulder strap.

Go into your account and scroll down you will see “my sales”. Click on that, then click on the purse. When you go into the item if you scroll down it will give you the option to cancel order.
