leniras @cpadron87 I've contacted them 3 days ago, no response. Possibly due to the holidays, so they're really backed up with e-mails / calls. Still waiting for a call back from a supervisor of the Post Office in your city. I'm not sure if you would have better luck, since technically, it's at the city you're at. I've had it happened to one of my packages before, where they either dropped it off and never scanned it as delivered.

leniras @cpadron87 since the post office should still be open tomorrow, I'll call them in the morning to see if I can get more information. I'll call your local post office as well, to see if they can provide me with more information or not. Apparently, when it shows that "Delivery Status not updated" it could be the person deliverying didn't scan it properly. I'll message you tomorrow, once I get a hold of someone.

leniras @cpadron87 I finally got a response from USPS, they said that they confirmed it was out for delivery, it is not at the Forest Hill Station (USPS Post Office). They also said, since it is a building with a doorman, anything that won't fit into your mail box, will have been left with the doorman. Please check with that person and let me know, thanks.

cpadron87 @leniras yes I did. I pick up packages everyday from them and checked my mailbox but nothing. I’m convinced it may be lost with all the holiday shipping.

cpadron87 @leniras so the plot thickens, it says delivered but I checked with my doorman and checked my mailbox and no package! I’m gonna have to call the USPS to figure this mystery out
