I worked in an urban medical ICU for years then went back to school and made the move to quality improvement this past year for the same (huge) health system. It has been a very interesting change but a great opportunity. A piece of my ❤️ will always be in that ICU! What's your field?

sebq I worked ER but due to receiving too much Gent as a kid it very slowly started to affect my hearing and it started about 2 years ago. Very slow progression and may be 90 b4 its worse but all the noise of the police radio, ambulance radio, codes, pts and staff it started to affect me bcuz I couldn't hear clear enuf and as u know during a code or a trauma pt u need to hear those orders called out.

sebq Thank you, that's so sweet but that's how I always felt about ICU. I floated there a few times and for me, in the ER we stabilize them and send them to you or surgery so you guys get the hard part of maintaining them

My best advice is keep active and share, be friendly and social. Share your whole closet during busy or party times daily. Share items of users that are actively sharing.

ctedesc08 @1thiftyblonde it’s hit or miss to be honest! I try to buy things that are decent quality that I would be willing to pay what I’ll have to price them at. I don’t buy from the Poshmark wholesale - I purchase from other places. Hope that helps!
