Just following up to let you know that your pkg shipped several days ago but is still listed as pending scan. I have a few pkgs that this happened to at a new post office I dropped off at - but it is on its way & I did go to the post office this morning to complain to the postmaster. Hoping it's in your mailbox today - she said sometimes they don't get scanned until their destination 😞 our apologies for their slow service - we feel badly that you don't have your item yet. - K & K

Hi there Christina! I am keeping an eye on tracking the arrival of the sweat pants you purchased. They should be arriving soon. Something did come to my attention though after you bought my Adidas pants and I wanted to make you aware of this and get your input as to what you would like to do from the customer perspective.

It unfortunately appears the listing for Adidas pants I had up only included a single stock photo and not the pictures of the actually pants. Other listings on our page have multiple photos and details about the product listed. The actual pants you bought seem to only have two stripes down the side if I remember correctly, and I don’t think, but I am not positive, that there is a logo on the front.

This was a major short siting and was an accident. I apologize for that and any inconvenience as a consequence of our mixup. I caught the discrepancy after you purchased the pants. There is no excuse, but I am a relatively knew seller. I am very sorry about this mix up. At Fidelma and Co. we strive to build trust and authenticity over all else. With this one listing we fell short.

Because of the issue on our front, I included a free pair of sunglasses and extra cosmetic samples... but you may or may not like the style and samples. To cut to the chase, what do you think is the best course of action? Perhaps you can see if you like the pants once they arrive and decide then if you want to keep them and accept the order.

I would say yes of course you are welcome to send them back, however, I think you will be charged for return shipping. I can save you the hassle of shipping if I go ahead and cancel the order.

My apologies, just one last thing, don’t ‘accept’ the order or it will release the funds and you will effectively have bought the pants. I’m contacting Poshmark support via email now to cancel it. I thought I could just click a button to cancel the order... Apparently not. Sorry, this is the first time I’ve had to figure something like this out. Thanks for the follow by the way! :)

Good evening Christina! Thank you for your patients and, again, I wish I could communicate in a more efficient way. But I just wanted to provide you a quick update on the requested cancelation. I have submitted two requests for a cancelation. I have not heard back about the second yet. Once I do, you will find out since I assume Poshmark Support will hopefully inform you as well as me of their decision.

Tomorrow is day seven after you purchased the sweat pants, and while we may hear back from Posh Support in time for them to cancel the order as requested, I am not sure if they will or not. Funds are released automatically on the seventh day. I want to assure you that if they don't execute a cancelation and your account is billed, I am prepared to buy something from your closet that is the same amount as the sweat pants you bought. Thank you for baring with us! We will figure this out!
