I just wanted to let you know that I think I may have sent your coat to a different buyer and you may receive an alternate item. I’m so sorry. Can you please let me know when the item arrives and I will issue a refund and I can send out the coat as soon as I get it returned it you still want it. I’m so sorry for the error.

@mckiki16 that is totally unprofessional. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I was hoping it would be here, although I would have understood if I ordered too late. However, If you sent the wrong item, then I’d hope you would offer a discount on my item and expedite the shipping.

@g102 again, I am very sorry. And you’re right, I was sending out a number of packages and must have swapped 2 of the shipping labels. I should have been more careful! I will absolutely expedite the coat over to you and cover the shipping cost as soon as I have it, as well as send you something extra from Lulu for your trouble. Hi, looks like the USPS will deliver the package to you today with the incorrect item in it. Posh Support said for you to file a request for return, at which they will generate a shipping label for you to send it back. Once it has been returned, the order is canceled and your funds are refunded/released. I'll cover all shipping costs of course, and once I have received the Driver's Coat I will create a bundle for you with it, price discounted and free shipping (if you're still interested).

Looks like the driver's coat has already been shipped back by the other buyer a few days ago, so hopefully I will be able to get it sent out to you soon! Sorry again for all the frustration!

@mckiki16 it keeps showing my package as in transit and delayed. If you got my coat back, then why should I be penalized for getting the wrong item AND delayed shipping when the mistake was on your part, not mine? My husband still has no xmas gift due to this mess.

@g102 sorry, re-reading my message I wasn’t clear.. the coat has been shipped back to me, but I have not received it yet. I hope to get it soon and will send it right out once I have it. I even went out to the Lulu outlet today to see if I could find one and get it out to you, but they didn’t have any. I’m trying to make this right for you guys. Posh does priority mail, I’m not sure if there’s any expedited alternatives, but I will look into that and will of course cover the shipping cost.
