Good Morning! I have a dilemma with the dress I sold you. I was ironing to prep for packaging and I noticed some very pale yellowish coloring/ spots on the bottom. You can barely notice it… and it's a very easy fix . However, since It is dry clean only, it would cost me more to dryclean (12$) then what I sold it to you for.

I don't feel comfortable shipping this to you when I said it was in pristine condition. Like I mentioned, It would be an easy fix however if you want me to cancel the order I would be more than willing to. Then I would have it dry cleaned and repost it for for the appropriate amount, or you can have it cleaned yourself. Either way it is up to you. I strive for five star service and I don't want anything less for my customers. Let me know what you think. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Christina! I'm wrapping up your beautiful dress to ship for you and even then it hasn't been worn since it was cleaned, I think it can use a dry cleaning from being stored so I'm enclosing $5 with your dress so you can dry clean it fresh before you wear it! It's just a beautiful dress and I didn't want to ship days later so this way if you want you can dry clean it first💕💕

You know what? I'm just going to take it to some day cleaner and ship it when it's cleaned. It's not dirty by any means because I already had it dry cleaned but it's been stored and just doesn't feel fresh enough to ship. I'll get it done today💕💕

i had to send a link to the photos. i tried to copy and paste photos into the comments but it didnt work. i took photos of both sleeve. the yellowing is where the cuffs fold.
