lunachristina @trichter66 hi Tina - I'm sorry, the 4 was really just because the sweater is so small. I have a dozen sweaters, of this same brand, and they invariably tend to run big. It would have been good to note, in the ad, that this one runs small, but if you don't have other sweaters from them, you might not have known.

yourpassion @lunachristina Hi, if you received a package, I think you will need to open a case saying that was wrong item. Poshmark will give you a pre paid label. That way you can ship it back to me. And I will send you the right one.

lunachristina @baunella thank you for that 😊 I finally got a response from Customer Support that was, shall we say, not "supportive," at all, really. They didn't answer the question I asked. They were saying some sort of nonsense about how they don't do partial refunds. (I never asked for any refund.) Then, when I asked again, a different way, they didn't reply. Ugh.

It looks like the seller went ahead and shipped the correct item to you. At this time, we have gone ahead and issued you a new return shipping label to return the incorrect item that you received.
