metamorphiclife @cnicodema I got an email back from Poshmark stating “Thanks for the email. We are writing to confirm we have issued both buyers labels to send the items they received. Please have the buyer reach out to us directly for assistance” so if you could please reach out to them. Thank you so much.

cnicodema @metamorphiclife hi there just wanted to confirm to you that I did write into Poshmark customer support explaining the problem. I received an email back saying that they are busy with holiday demands and will get to it when they get to it. I unfortunately have no idea how else to expedite this process
