There are some great tutorials on YouTube that help me and they are Leah Kirchinger, watch her 1st and then Nicole State is good also. belotek @chrissy441 the buyer has I think 3 hours to cancel the order. I usually wrap the order up and ship it the same day or next day. I wrap mine just like a Christmas present and I have some polybags special printed. I always send a thank you card with my order, just a personal touch that people like! Visit my closet and look at my love notes and see how they respond to my wrapping and personal note. They love it! Good luck and watch those tutorials!
