Hi. I saw your note. You will have to file a claim with Poshmark. You have a certain number of days to file claims. I’m not sure what they will do for damage though. I did ship it in a padded envelope. Just so you are aware for the future, the ratings you give are supposed to be based on service not shipping delivery which is really out of our control. Sry that it was mishandled in shipping. I’ll contact PoshMark.
