troublecuffs I think I may have shipped the girls Pink Sparkle Sorel boots that sold right after your purchase with the same label since kids are not showing as scanned. If a little box also arrives from me—can you let me know? Maybe I can route the label for hers to you? Otherwise, to return your order also would need to be rejected/returned I think. 😩 Sorry for the goof!

troublecuffs @tina907ak Both pairs got sent to you. 😩 Yours are the ones in the big box which are the ones that should arrive. You will also likely get a small box—those are the kids ones. Same label printed. So I have asked Posh if they can send you the label or I can forward you the label.

troublecuffs @tina907ak If you are willing to be provided the label & put it on the box—the little girls ones will get to the little girl since they can just be put in the mail by you. I feel like such scatterbrain for this mistake! I’d offer a discount if you shop again for helping correct this dingbat move on my end!
