youbettie Hi Christina! you bought a pair of black boots from me recently (Regarde le Ciel). They were dropped off at the PO on the 17th, but the label on Poshmark is not showing it tracking. I went back to the PO today to see if there was an issue and they couldn't tell me anything. I have a number to call on Monday for PO Customer Service. Can you let me know if they arrive? I'm concerned!

youbettie @cgadeline I've also notified Poshmark that it's not tracking. I had a second Poshmark shippment go the same day and it tracked fine so I'm not sure what's going on. I'll keep you posted for sure!

Yes and no🙁 Called USPS consumer affairs yesterday, it’s their thought that the package wasn’t scanned at the local PO and then got destroyed at the Atlanta airport mail center, but they can’t say for sure. I can’t submit a missing package query until Thurs. I contacted Poshmark again as well. If it doesn’t turn up soon, you’ll be refunded and I’ll lose my boots. After 15 years of selling online I’ve never had a package go missing! This is a first.
