They finally got back to me and advised me that with the delay in receiving mail, the ‘luxury approval lines’ are way backed up, but it will be looked at ‘soon.’ I’m frustrated, but will keep you updated! It’s comparable to a 19 to a modern day Cartier and comes with everything, the original box Love Story Booklet is the only paper work that came with these the blue velvet dust bag bracelet 1 original screw and one replacement screw invade you happen to lose one, and the original screwdriver Key I have.
