knoblefarmhouse Hi Christina, I received one box of 30 Thermacell units yesterday 5/19 via UPS. They are fabulous! I didn’t receive the second box of 30 yet. Did you ship the same day and also via UPS. I just got an alert that the packages have arrived but that is tracking though USPS not UPS. Please advise

christinabrabon @knoblefarmhouse yes both were shipped the same day through UPS. the tracking says the second box is still on the way. the USPS is the label from poshmark. they are just empty envelopes to satisfy poshmark, since i couldn't just upload the correct tracking numbers. The one you are still waiting on is tracking # 1ZVW84860303567918

christinabrabon @knoblefarmhouse I looked up the tracking and it doesn't have any updates yet. I'm sorry I'm not sure why it has been stuck in Salt Lake. Wednesday I'll be able to run down to the local USP and try to get more info then.

christinabrabon @knoblefarmhouse today I went to the local UPS they gave me another number to call. No answer today, but I will try again. tomorrow. Also, after work I plan on going to the distribution center. I will send more info when I receive some.
