gogaga @miamimari It’s always best to ask for measurements to be sure that something will fit before buying. If something is not as described or is misrepresented in anyway, side included, you can definitely send it back and posh will provide you with the shipping label via email to return it. Fortunately all posh packages have tracking numbers so it’s an easy and well monitored process. Just be careful not to accept something without opening it and verifying that it’s the size you ordered.

gogaga @miamimari it’s not etched in stone, just more of an unspoken courtesy. I never want my buyers to feel obligated to keep something that doesn’t work for them, But I do hope that they have asked questions and are sure before buying to help eliminate the possibility of a return.
