mddavis68 Hi!! I appreciate you commenting on when you’re CC Sneakers are going to be shipped. I had everything ready to ship today, but when I went back into my orders, your profile, as the purchaser, was gone and Posh showed it could not be found. That made me nervous because it seemed that you vanished, so I put in an email to Poshmark to confirm that I should indeed ship these. I just wanted to be safe.

mddavis68 If you don’t mind me asking, did you just change your profile or open a new closet? Just wanting to doublecheck please. The package should go out tomorrow. The shipping label states they are going directly to Poshmark. I’m assuming for a authenticity verification. All will be good there!! I hope they don’t take too long for you! sfdeal Dear Christina, I am so terribly sorry that I just canceled the Tiffany refresher order. I was packaging it up today and found scratches on the bottom of the pitcher, which is inconsistent with my posting. I didn't want to send it at the price I listed with this flaw. I'd be happy to send you photos of the pitcher's bottom and give you a reduction if you're still interested. My sincerest apologies!

rlcamejo @tinaguyette59 no worries. Just some friendly advice since you are new to Poshmark. The seller has to cancel the order on their end for u to get a refund. If the seller has not shipped and they did not cancel your order, you should contact Poshmark support via their 📧 option and ask them for help. Ultimately, posh handles refunds. Sellers do not get paid until the buyer receives and accepts the order.

rlcamejo @tinaguyette59 oh, i see you’ve only been with posh since 8/19 which makes you fairly new. Anyway, you should then know that sellers CANNOT “refund” your money. I see you are demanding another posher to credit your account. It does not work that way! Poshmark does!
