OK- upate: I mailed back the handbag today ( a purple handbag in cellophane wrapping) via UPS and you should receive by Wednedsay, June9th. The official word back from the support team at Poshmark was as follows: ( will send transcript in next message)

Thank you for the email. It looks like your case has already been approved for a return and a return shipping label has been provided for you. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not support exchanges. Once the order has been delivered to the seller, you will be issued a full refund for the order back to your original method of payment.

If it is, the seller will have to creatan entire new listing for the item, for you to repurchase from. This will insure that the seller will receive their earnings and that we can keep track of the order in our system.

So - can you do that asap when you get the shoes back - create a new listing and I will immediately purchase them at our agreed price and then you can send them out to me asap so I can have them for my trip?
