wanderbuyer Hi there. Your item should start tracking today / tomorrow. I apologize for the delay! My little beach shack was in the path of the storm last night and I had been prepping for it and totally forgot the packages were in my car! The storm did hit my place but only a few thousand in damages. Which I’m not happy about, but it could have been worse like some others. Anyway, I’m very sorry for the hold up! It’s on the way! chrissihr @samanthawebb378 Poshmark releases the payment I made through the app to you after the package arrives in my mailbox and the app prompts me to click to accept the order. If a customer doesn’t click ‘Accept’ within three days, Poshmark then releases the payment to the seller anyway.

chrissihr @samanthawebb378 I have. I marked the order ‘accepted’ yesterday, so Poshmark should have released the payment I made to you already, as far as I know. I made the actual payment last week, so Poshmark is driving the train at this point since they’ve had my payment for several days now. If they still haven’t released the payment to you, I’d recommend reaching out to them to find out what the turnaround time is on payment release once an order has been accepted by the buyer.

chrissihr @serena4957 Because I shop on Poshmark looking for better deals than I can get shopping directly from Torrid and Torrid almost never sells anything at full retail price. They make the majority of their money off of markdowns on cheap polyester tops through their big sales. Your competition is always going to be the brand. And shipping is not free on Poshmark. Price accordingly.

chrissihr @serena4957 Declining an overpriced item is not lowballing. It’s just deciding not to buy an item. Your customers are allowed to do that, even if you don’t like it. Haggling, bidding, and counter-offers are all practices allowed and encouraged by Poshmark, as well. None of these practices are lowballing, even if you don’t like or understand them.

chrissihr @serena4957 I’m also concerned that you don’t seem to understand how customer service works. You may want to take a moment to watch some customer service how-to’s for the self-employed and reflect on that rather than harassing potential buyers because you think they should pay top dollar to you for items purchased on clearance from a brand your customer *also* has access to. As a buyer, I am not obliged to pay top dollar for something because a seller thinks I should.

chrissihr @serena4957 I assume I declined your offer because it was more than I was willing to pay. (I still don’t know which listing you’re referring to.) I decline many offers that are simply higher than I am willing to pay. You will come across many customers who decline offers that are higher than they are willing to pay for an item. Harassing them on the platform you use for your sales is NOT earning you new customers. It’s a great way to get reported and blocked for harassment, though.
