hikingcat @lavidalocatx Hi - thanks for reaching out! I have been trying to read as much as possible to navigate the "processes". I have a buyer who is asking for overnight shipping. I sent a note to support but figured I would also ask you 😊. I only saw an upgrade for weight...do you know if there is a way to use overnight shipping?

hikingcat @lavidalocatx - me again. I was surprised to be charged $8.85 at the post office for using a "flat rate" box (same order I asked you about earlier). I sent a note to support - is this common? In the Posh Guide it includes this type of box. I didn't want to delay shipment to rewrap it so paid the additional postage, but am not happy about it! 🤦‍♀️. Should I just wait for a response to my support email? I will use a different box tomorrow (obviously!). Sorry if I'm being high maintenance!

lavidalocatx @hikingcat you never purchase your own postage, the buyer has already paid for postage. There is nothing you can do about it now but posh emails you when an item is sold and attached is the shipping label you are supposed to use. Unfortunately that shipping label has a tracking number that verifies your item has been shipped, since you purchased shipping outside of Poshmark you will have no in app verification that the items has shipped or arrived.

lavidalocatx @hikingcat It the item never arrives according to tracking your money is not released. They should’ve have given you a receipt with a tracking number at the post office, when you email posh explain your situation and include a picture of your receipt with tracking number.

lavidalocatx @hikingcat you can use any type of box with your poshmark shipping label. If the post office argues it says so on the shipping label you receive.

hikingcat @lavidalocatx - I used the Posh issued label but they still charged me and added that I could only use the "shirt sized boxes" for the postage that was paid. I was so focused on getting it shipped today that I didn't dig my heels in. I will have to try and find the same person at the Post Office tomorrow which will be fun!

hikingcat @wfudeacon77 Thank you for noticing! Her name was Stella - she passed away in June (18 yrs old) and was a beauty! I miss her every day. We found her in our neighborhood when she was 4 months old. We have 3 other cats 😺but give your Luna a squeeze for me. I love all cats but black cats hold a special place in my heart 😻

wfudeacon77 @hikingcat Sure did.Our Luna was a rescue kitty as a kitten too. She was my Valentine's present 2 years ago. She loves me but she REALLY loves my hubby, I've always been the cat person, but she even sleeps in the bed with him before I get there.I think it's great. She has really calmed him down.She comes to me for lap time.She's indoor/outdoor and on occasion brings in a live present.Even a live bunny into my bathroom.Think she was trying to mother it!

hikingcat @wfudeacon77 How funny - Bandit is our youngest (4) who I found in our yard as a 2 week old kitten (while my husband was out of town). She is black with a white spot on her stomach and only one eye. My husband was NOT pleased to have a 4th cat and she LOVES him. Same as your Luna, goes to bed by his side every night. She wants nothing to do with me but does let me play fetch with her. I don't even get lap time! (I have two others for that).

katt_sweeter Awwww Stella is beautiful! One of my very good friends has 2 black cats herself. I have 2 tabby cats who are brothers. One ginger & one grey. I love 'em to pieces. They are my heart!

We have 3 other kitties...one black with only 1 eye (Bandit), Callie the Calico and Beamer, a red tabby siamese...all strays. I relate to your feelings about cats!
