jrm588323 @toshtouch Hi! That normally means that they are interested in multiple items in your closet, so instead of buying them individually, they can buy them at one time. This is also a great time to make an offer a discount or lower the shipping price, but it isn’t necessary. Hopefully that helps!!

jrm588323 @toshtouch If they haven’t shipped it in 7-10 days, your best bet might be to cancel the order. You can do this by going to your purchases, clicking on the item you ordered, selecting “Problem/Order Inquiry”, then saying that your order is delayed and you would like to cancel it. You could also ask the seller through a comment if/why there is a delay to your order.
