zeppelin739 hello there! i just received your updated rating. it appears after some use your lip liner falls down inside. unfortunately this is a flaw that can sometimes happen to her liners. unfortunately there is no way of knowing if this will happen until it is used. i have about 10 of her liners and this happened to 3. I really do apologize for this issue.

I have in the past but unfortunately they don't alter the way they are made. I wish they would! marooski @cpulcher hi Christina, thanks for your order. When it comes to the packaging, I use the flat rate boxes from the post office and can’t do anything about it’s appearance or style. The wrinkles/crinkles in the shirt are normal because of the thin material but like you said you still “loved” the shirt. Penalizing a seller by lowering their rating for things out of their control isn’t right
