portlandpieces Hi there, I received your complaint and 3 stars. The “piling” is actually natural to the weave of the sweater. It is a naturally fuzzy sweater. Rather than leave a bad review you could have returned to the sweater if you were unhappy. Anyway, I let it go at a low price and I hope you enjoy it. Thanks so much
