@donnamarcella hi there, I actually bought it new and it never had locks. There are probably some Travelon bags that do feature zipper locks, just not this particular style. If you would rather me cancel the sale, I can definitely go in and do that. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase :) please let me know ASAP, as I have it set to ship out in the morning.
