marybethshop I am sorry. That was my mistake for sure. I did not notice when looking for the boots. I will refund your money and you can keep the boots. I can’t figure out a way to directly refund you but I think you can go in and mark problem with order. Again, very sorry for your disappointment

knc1218 Hi Christine! I wanted to let you know that I will do my best to get your order out today, but I live in CO and we got nearly 2 ft of snow over the weekend! So I ended up having an unexpected day off, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to get out of my neighborhood before the end of today. I will get it out tomorrow for sure if not today.
