your_fashions Hello. I got and Poshmark today and I showed this item was not sent so I had to cancel the order. But I look at my shipping orders and it shows they were in fact shipped. your_fashions @magnoliagowns Hello. The day after they shipped Poshmark had marked they were not yet shipped so that is why I canceled the order. But when I looked at my list, it showed they shipped. I contacted Poshmark immediately and they said they were going to get in touch with you. I did not keep a copy of the tracking number. I am so sorry. Please let me know if they arrive today.

magnoliagowns @hayangle2 received boots. Yes. So glad this worked out. Just an fyi that box was damaged, but boots were fine. Think it may have been repackaged by post office because it was in a bright orange plastic shipping bag. All good. Thank you.

magnoliagowns @hayangle2 I contacted poshmark to reset up payment. I will need to confirm first that I received original refund. I will do this as soon as possible.

magnoliagowns @hayangle2 not my fault that order cancelled. All these extra steps kind of tedious. Will need to make sure that original refund was given before I pay twice. Poshmark has not been a good experience or a trustworthy process in my recent experiences. But good news is that I love the boots! Thank you again for communicating so well with me.

your_fashions @magnoliagowns I am so sorry all of this happened. The only reason this order was canceled was that Poshmark showed them as not shipped. So, without looking at my shipping records, I looked at my inventory and thought I was out of the boots. I panicked and canceled the order. Shortly after that I was reviewing my records and saw they were, in fact, shipped. I have been trying to explain this to Poshmark but they said that you told them, you will them know, when and if you get the boots.
