I'm so sorry you are disappointment with the hat! I change out with different bling on that hat! Never have had any problems with hot gluing not securing or not being able to remove for a different look! It is one of my favorites it looked great when I shipped! The hat was not dirty so I don't understand the low rating. Please reconsider giving me a higher score! This will effect my 4.9 out of 5 rating on satisfaction!
