cmauk01 @jameselkins83 There are two choices now since you have rated me already, which you should not do if you would like a refund. But I can help you. 1) you can take the necklace to any Kendra Scott jewelry store or counter and ask them to tighten the stone, which they will do for free. The stone was not loose when I sent the item. 2) contact Poshmark and see if they are able to help you. I am unable to do anything else since the rating was already submitted.
