lilydeeee Hello! I shipped the Hunter Boots today 🤗. The clerk at USPS cut the box down so that the boots would fit better, so don't be alarmed that there is an excessive amount of tape keeping the box together now. The boots are safe and snug inside! 😆😊

lilydeeee Also--since the boots are not new, they will need to be buffed out from time to time to keep the rubber looking good. I buffed them with oil and a microfiber prior to shipping but you may want to do the same 1x month or so. I hope you love them!! 😊

lilydeeee @cnpotter oh good! I submitted an inquiry to USPS because I thought they were lost. 😝 So glad they are not!! You may need to update Poshmark that you received the boots--it still shows that you have not received the item. Thanks so much!!

cnpotter @lilydeeee I am really surprised at how cracked the boots are. I didn't expect that from the pictures or description you showed. Pretty bummed out about the condition of them. I have worn them twice and I'm worried to keep wearing them because it looks like the color is just going to crack right off.

lilydeeee @cnpotter I'm sorry to hear that! My intention was not at all to mislead you. I wanted to include more photos of the boots but unfortunately poshmark only allows 4. (I will try a photo collage for future listings). I did look at comparable listings (similar condition, and some in worse shape) that were actually listed at $20-$40 more than what I priced mine. At the time I felt the pricing was fair but I do apologize for your dissatisfaction!

lilydeeee @cnpotter I'm not sure how it works on PM, but if you want to send back the boots, I totally understand. Hunter Boots are very durable and though they do show wear, will last many years if you oil them. Since they use natural rubber, it does dry out over time. When I shipped them they looked great but they had been recently oiled, which may explain it? Anyways--sorry again and feel free to return them. I really strive for positive customer service and don't want anyone to be disappointed!
