lexxistevens What happened with the shoes? The description and shoes were not different because I bought them for 40$ at Macy's and the next day I or them up for sale for dirt cheap. Why are you not satisfied with them? You could have asked anything before the purchase.

stjimmy191 @lexxistevens The shoes on the listing were a size 8. I was under the impression I was ordering shoes that were a size 8, not a size 10. I didn't realize I had to ask if they size you listed was the size you were selling.

lexxistevens @stjimmy191 they are a size 8, I have the receipt from Macy's still and I'm sharpie on the shoe. I'm a size 9.5 I know those were not close to 10s caus my friend is a size 8 and they fit perfectly but didn't want them hence why I just sold them the day after the purchase. Everything fits the description and your confusion. To clarify the purchase was a size 8 intentionally and two known individuals who can definitely confirm they don't fit a size 9.5 nor higher

lexxistevens If they were a size 10 I wouldn't have been incapable of fitting and I sized them to all my true sized shoes so I apologize for your confusion that's unfortunately something I can't help with unless poshmark says otherwise.

stjimmy191 @lexxistevens According to the shoe I have, it's a size 10. You purposely misrepresented the shoe you sold me. I wouldn't have bought a shoe if I knew it fit a size 9.5 foot. In what world does that logic make sense?

lexxistevens @stjimmy191 exactly! You just restated my statement in a less complicated way. Well you're more than welcome to go to Macy's and speak with them about false advertisement because I simply just purchased what was an 8 and sold it the next day as an 8 because the receipt and labels from the box and on the bottom of the shoe all state it.

lexxistevens If you are that upset, you should give it a try to sell them for the true value of them rather than the few bucks you paid to get a shoe that fit a true 8 size shoe compared to nikes and tried on by my mother who fit into them perfectly with a 7.5. They were originally for my friends sister anyway so there's a reason I didn't need them and sold them for nothing because they didn't fit due to being small so goes to show the value for me owning anything of that sort

stjimmy191 @lexxistevens the bottom of the shoe says 10.

stjimmy191 @lexxistevens did you even look at the bottom of the shoe when you bought them to make sure the shoes and the box matched?
Jul 15Reply
stjimmy191
stjimmy191 @lexxistevens Do you realize that you just committed was fraud?
Jul 15Reply
lexxistevens
lexxistevens @stjimmy191 Actually, in this case there is nothing fraud about it! I contacted Poshmark with the situation and I wouldn't be accused of any form of fraud nor committing anything. What I did was purchase a size 8 from Macy's, box and receipt, and sold them just like if you were buying from macys. But you have the shoes I can't go to the store and waste more time justifying the problem.

lexxistevens I've got better things to do with my time then to argue over shoes that I didn't have any value in having in my presence they were one size defined and saw that so unfortunately if Macy's screwed up, go try and talk about how they are frauds please rather than me because I just did exactly what I was shown on labels.
Jul 15Reply
lexxistevens
lexxistevens Please do not waste your time claiming me as a fraud when the shoes just do not fit you and didn't fit me and I didn't like them anyway so once again to end this complication that you've taken it to be point of me "committing fraud", I just did exactly what I did to make sure the shoes I purchased were in fact the same description I sold it as.

lexxistevens If they don't fit, they don't fit. You got what you got and I don't want to repeat myself that the size was an 8 on all labels box and shoe and fit a size 8 so thanks for your order I didn't false advertise I wouldn't do that to anyone on purpose. Enjoy your day.
