I thought he would take care of it today, however, we have different mailman everyday so this mailman didn't leave a key but he did take the note I left him. ckalandjian @tacticaljedi hi there, go into the order where it says download shipping label underneath there is problems with order and need new shipping label, from there select need heavier shipping label. Hope that helps!🙂

tacticaljedi @ckalandjian Thank you, I did that but the maximum weight option is only 10 lbs. I don’t want my buyer to be hit with additional shipping cost as I listed free delivery. I asked other poshers and some told me to just get the 10 lbs but I can’t do that. I asked Poshmark support but I know they take awhile to respond. I’m new to this, my apologies for bother you. Thanks again
