Their response said I should hear back from them within 24 hours since it is a weekday. I tried locating a phone number for them - but they do not have one. Posh asked me to take the package to USPS with a letter they sent me explaining shipping should be covered. The post master said, she remembered your package and returned it to me instead of having it get lost in the mail. She said I was given a bad label to use - possibly one that had previously been used. I hope it arrives today.
