chrissyjp0807 @kserrano Hi! I was going to message you but in the FAQs it said not to contact the seller. I was super excited for the shoes but the elastic on them does not stretch enough to accommodate your foot. My sister is a size 6 and she could not fit her foot into the strap either. The actual shoe fits fine but the straps don't give enough to allow for your foot to slip in.

kserrano Oh I'm so sorry that happened! This has also never happened to me so I got really scared something happened to them before they got to you. My foot actually fit fine in the shoes. I still have a picture of me wearing them. I'll post it on my side so you can see. I'll tag you once I post it.

They didn't give me an explanation as to why it was denied but from what I read in their policies is that something not fitting doesn't not constitute a return. I'm sorry this happened and I understand your disappointment. I will help you by sharing all I can. I can assure you nothing was wrong with the shoes and I wore them very recently. Again, I'm so sorry.
