@cal33 Well I packed all of your items and they are way over the permitted shipping weight . When I try to upgrade the shipping label via Poshmark it only permits a seller to upgrade to 10 pounds and that costs me an additional 20 dollars . Your package comes to 18 lbs so I can't even upgrade the label and even if I could , 18 lbs will be very expensive. I need to email Poshmark. We should have divided it into at least two bundles so I could have at least upgraded one of two shipping labels.

@cal33 The maximum weight is 10 pounds for a package according to Poshmark Support. You will have to cancel your order and split it into multiple bundles and I have to ship your items in more than one box . It will have to be at least 3 bundles to be in the required weight limit . Even with 3 bundles I might have to pay for an upgraded shipping label for one of the boxes . Can you cancel the order and reorder them in three bundles . I can't ship
your items any other way. Sorry!

@cal33 It would have to be 3 bundles because of the total weight . Two bundles would require me to upgrade the shipping label for two boxes which is 19.95 per box. That is 40 dollars for extra shipping charges . That is very expensive . If you can divide the items into 3 bundles I will throw in an extra item free priced 20 or below .

@lallya I'm a little confused. I obviously don't want you to have to pay extra for shipping. That wouldn't be right. So you want me to cancel the order, and divide it into how many bundles? And then you can work out the best most cost effective way to ship right? And did I understand you'd throw in an extra item I can choose that is less than $20? Am I understanding that correctly? A package up to 10 pounds . They charge 19.95 to do that . If you divide your items into three bundles then you pay less than 20 dollars in shipping costs for
three boxes . So if you do that I will

@cal33 If I cancelled the order then the items would still all be listed as sold and you would not be able to repurchase them. If you cancel them they should pop up for sale again so you can repurchase them.

@cal33 It would have to be 3 bundles so that the total shipping cost will be under 20
-and you can choose a free item . If this is ok with you when you bundle them make sure not to bundle the blazers in same bundle as the J. Crew coat and the Nomadic coat for weight reasons . Try to balance the weight between the three bundles. We may still be over 5 pounds for one box by a couple pounds. I will pay to upgrade that one shipping label.

@cal33 There is really no other way to ship
a bundle that is 18 pounds . Poshmark only permits shipping labels up to 10 pounds at an expensive upgrade fee. Normal shipping covers only packages up to 5 pounds .

So you could put 5 items in each bundle and offer three amounts adding up to the 210. You choose an extra item after the sale for me to add to one of the packages ??

@cal33 No worries ! Go into purchases in the app and you should find an option to cancel the order. If I cancel the order they will all be listed as sold still . I am pretty sure if you cancel they will all just go back to for sale . After the bundles are purchased
I will put what you choose as free in one of the packages , but don't order it. Just tell me .

@cal33 If I cancel they stay listed as sold and I have to relist every item like it was a new listing . I can do that but it will take some time. I could be less descriptive in the new listings to do it faster but I don't know if I have still have all of the pictures in my phone for the 15 items. I might have to put each one on mannequin again. After I relist them , I can style you and send each one to you so you can order them.

Maybe there is a time limit after a purchase to cancel .

@cal33 Well I will cancel and start resisting them . I will style you so that the items are sent to you for ordering , but divided into three bundles . I already have every item individually wrapped so it would be a matter of dividing them into three boxes and you picking the free item.

If you are ordering a few more things we can divide the new items into two small bundles and I can divide all of the other 15 items into the three boxes because that will give me three shipping labels ??? The items may not be in the box with their designated shipping label, but everything will come divided into three boxes. Does that make sense ?

@lallya also the laundry by shelli segal dress size 8, laundry shelli segal 4p, tinley yellow dress small ( I think I had said tilly on accident before), the theory top size medium, topshop skirt, I didn't want to add them yet and cause more confusion. Into the new boxes , so you will have three boxes. One of the boxes will still be over but hopefully it won't be over 10, but then we will have three shipping labels so work with.

It may have to be Monday morning. It will take me a few hours to do and the post office closes early in Saturday.

@cal33 All 4 boxes have been shipped . The items in each box may not match the bundle name but all items are divided up into 4 boxes . You ordered 26 items and I added the three free items we discussed ( dresses and jacket). I also included one extra surprise for you so there will be 30 items total !

I feel bad that I wasn't able to wrap each individual item in tissue paper , but I ran out in the middle of packaging . Sorry! The items are all placed inside clear plastic bags so they are not touching the cardboard box though .
